Svetlana Zabolotskikh graduated from the Faculty of History of the Udmurtia State University and from the Faculty "Management of Socio-Cultural Projects" of the Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences.
She is Director of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Bureau "Kultsovet".
She is author and head of numerous projects, including the project "Dom goroda", which has won the competition of socio-cultural projects within the framework of the project of the Council of Europe "Intercultural Cities" (2010).
Her professional interests include territorial marketing, new technologies of work with cultural heritage, modernization of museum work in the sphere of entrepreneurship development in culture, innovative management technologies and projects design in social and cultural sphere.

Conferred with the Letter of Commendation of the Directorate of Culture and Tourism of the Administration of the city of Izhevsk for significant contribution to the development of culture and art.
