RANEPA forms International Summer Campus teams

The participants in the 2018 International Summer Campus of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) have been divided into 12 teams, each with its own tutors and moderators.

Six tutors and six moderators will be in charge of the 12 teams. Teams 1 and 2 will be supervised by tutor Bjorn Stenvers, Executive Director of the ICOM Endowment Fund, and moderator Aliyah Khalid from Nigeria, a student at the Kazan Aviation Institute.

Oana Contoman, manager at Romania’s Must Travel Company, and Etien Yanev, Global Head of Social Media Strategy at Unify from Bulgaria, will be in charge of Teams 3 and 4.

Teams 5 and 6 will be supervised by RANEPA lecturer Dragos Dorobat, an expert in business and the hospitality industry, and Sarah Perez, a participant of the 2017 RANEPA Summer Campus.

Teams 7 and 8 will have Olga Gavrilina, head of the International Department of RANEPA IIM, as their tutor and Kyrgyz expert Asylbek Abdikarimov, a business consultant for the ENACTUS team at the Osh State University (Kyrgyzstan), as moderator.

As in the past years, Kamil Kuramshin, an economist with vast experience in developing a business from the ground up, will join the team of Summer Campus tutors. Along with moderator Obadiah Rai Shanguri, President of the Indian Student Parliament in Andhra Pradesh, he will work with Teams 9 and 10.

Quinten Peelen, Director of K.F. Hein Fonds, will take on tutorship of Teams 11 and 12 with moderator Rachel Karen, management specialist and research analyst at Advanced Market Research (AMR) from Singapore.

The Summer Campus of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) is a unique annual international educational project for young people. The Summer Campus curriculum comprises lectures and interactive sessions with leading Russian and foreign academics, government employees and world-class business executives.

The project was initiated by RANEPA and the Government of Tatarstan, with a mission to create an environment for talented young people to communicate, and to promote the development of a new generation of intellectual elite.
