Till we meet again!
The final day of the second Summer Campus started with the project works final moderated by Director of the Krasnogorsk Branch of the RANEPA Dmitry Kaisin and Director of the RANEPA’s Institute of Organizational Development and Strategic Initiatives Vyacheslav Shoptenko. The forum participants presented group projects on social issues, youth policy modernization and innovative business ideas.
The members of the expert commission were Ivan Fedotov, Vice-Rector of Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, Gor Nakhapetyan, Vice President of OJSC Sberbank, Evgeny Kuznetsov, Director of the Department for Promotion of Innovations and Social Programsof OJSC RVC, Viktor Tolmachev, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the ACIG Group of Companies, Alexander Plakida, Member of the Board of the ACIG Group of Companies, Ekaterina Sokolova, Head of Section of the Government Department for Establishment of the Open Government System and Roman Pyrma, Advisor to the Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs.
The Projects Fair consisted of two stages. Within the framework of the first block, social and state projects were presented. The second section was dedicated to the information technologies and development of new communicative formats for solution of business tasks.
The educational program of the Summer Campus final day included a meeting of the participants with the Advisor to the Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Roman Pyrm and the Head of Section of the Government Department for Establishment of the Open Government System Ekaterina Sokolova. The event was moderated by the Director of the Institute of Organizational Development and Strategic Initiatives of the RANEPA Vyacheslav Shoptenko. Roman Pyrma asked the students to analyze and discuss the project "Strategy for Youth Development till 2025" elaborated by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs together with the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and Government Department for Establishment of the Open Government System. The expert noted that the authors of the document studied profoundly the experience of the most competitive states and a dozen of emerging countries, including BRICS countries. Roman Pryma expanded on the youth policy cases of the European Union and the World Bank. Dwelling on the developed national "Strategy of Russian Youth Development till 2025" the expert devoted most of his speech to the two provisions of the document: formation of young people’s world view and development of their professional competences. Roman Pyrma underlined that implementation of the Strategy provided for effective interaction of several agencies, execution of the requirements clearly stated in the document and conformity of the results with the control indicators, with the Index of Youth Development as the key indicator.
In conclusion the expert answered several questions by the Summer Campus participants and discussed their proposals and ideas for the Strategy modernization.
Within the framework of the educational program of the Department of Business and the Department of Social Projects a lecture by Gor Nakhapetyan, Vice-President of Sberbank JSC, took place. The expert held the interactive meeting with the participants offering them to form a list of questions laying the foundation for the lecture. Thus, the students formulated 11 topics, among them – time management, rebranding of Sberbank JSC, viral marketing and advertising, current economic system of Russia, personal qualities of the leader, outlook for development of crowd sourcing methods etc.
During the conversation Gor Nakhapetyan shared his experience in Troika Dialog and told about the history of establishment and successful development of this investment company. "When you start a business you need to outline the mission of your company", the expert underlined. He also pointed to the importance of creating favourable microclimate in business, forming trust and arranging internal communication means and information possession.
Besides, Gor Nakhapetyan gave advice how to do business effectively. According to the speaker, people should be involved and motivated to solve ambitious tasks, cooperate with stronger people, love money and thank other people more often. One of the key tasks of the modern society, according to the expert, is development of the so-called "middle office"– middle economic segment: "We need people who work as engineers, turners and actors."
Speaking about the history of Troika Dialog development, Gor Nakhapetyan told the students about the model of "three promises" which served as an incentive to the company’s further progressive development and illustrated the facts with video presentations.
The lecture by Gor Nakhapetyan closed the educational program of the second Summer Campus of the Presidential Academy.
At the end of Day 11, the Closing Ceremony of the second international forum "Summer Campus of the Presidential Academy: Territory of Opportunities" took place.
Vice Rector of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration Ivan Fedotov, Chairman of the ACIG Supervisory Board Viktor Tolmachev and Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Yuri Kamaltynov addressed the participants with the farewell speeches.
"You’ve believed in yourself, in your friends, your team and your stamina. You are about to separate, but you are able to save what you’ve gained over these two weeks. Don’t be afraid of anything – move forward, never feel shy, always overcome all your doubts, but don’t forget the friends you’ve made here", Viktor Tolmachev said.
In his turn, Yuri Kamaltynov expressed the hope that, following their visit to Tatarstan and having assessed its potential, the participants would come to the region to reveal their talents. "Here at the Campus you’ve gained the most important thing: and this is not only knowledge, competence and skills. You’ve gained communication, you’ve met one another", he underlined.
Vice Rector of the RANEPA Ivan Fedotov thanked the organizers for their active support to successful implementation of the second international forum "Summer Campus of the Presidential Academy: Territory of Opportunities".
Honoured guests of the ceremony handed in certificates and valuable prizes to the Forum leaders. The concepts of mobile phone applications Healthy Way of Life and Find-a-Guide were acknowledged as the Best Projects, as well as the social program for adaptation of orphanage graduates. The first team of the Department of Business and Entrepreneurship received the title of the Best Team – the students were awarded with digital photo frames. The participants with the maximum ratings received the title of the "Best Students". The student of the Department of Business and Entrepreneurship Anastasia Alpatova, the students of the Department of Public and Social Projects Aleksandra Bodrova and Kristina Palamarchuk and the student of the Department of Public Administration and Development Daria Karpova were awarded with laureate certificates, digital tablets and a right to take part in the Foresight Fleet 2013.
Following the evening events, the third team of the Department of Public Administration and Development became the best team and received a unique cake from the partner of the event – the Coca Cola Company.
After the closing ceremony, the best students lowered the Campus flag and then all students wrote their cherished dreams and let them fly into the sky with yellow, red and orange balloons according to the colours of the Summer Campus departments.
